Turbo 16 Video Games
... eventually became the first console to offer video games on CD, but was unable to beat out its competitors. Gamers eventually chose to stick with the largest video game consoles. The problem was that the video games offered by NEC were simply not up to par. Nintendo and other major video game consoles offered more bang for their buck. Gamers loved the infinite possibilities and incredible gameplay offered by Nintendo. NEC had very few games, and was unable to create interesting games that attracted hard-core video game players, although the system was well known for having some great top-down shooters.
